One Stop Talk is a free, confidential service that lets kids and youth under 18 years of age get immediate mental health support with a registered therapist/clinician online or by phone from anywhere in Ontario.
‘What’s Up’ Walk‑In counselling sessions are available in-person, free of charge, at six Toronto locations. Sessions are for anyone up to age 29 and for families with infants.
